yeah, I enjoyed it a lot, the nerve basically started hurting a tiny bit on the last 2 km, it mostly hurts now that I'm done

I'll take a hot bath, the sciatic nerve needs warmth, right? never had that problem untul last week, so I'm not sure

icy/hot patches. i use them for my back in place of a heating pad. you have something like that at your local drugstore??
