yeah, I enjoyed it a lot, the nerve basically started hurting a tiny bit on the last 2 km, it mostly hurts now that I'm done

This is something that can cause sciatica, but is not the only cause of sciatica, there are still other factors

icy/hot patches. i use them for my back in place of a heating pad. you have something like that at your local drugstore??
