okay, so UST closed down the Eng, Med, and Accounting buildings. why not close down the entire university? why risk more infections?
i dunno what they're thinking, but they better give a good reason why we're still attending classes in a school with three buildings...
closed down due to a PANDEMIC disease. don't they know what PANDEMIC means?
