whew, I'm tired. I went to Kinko's on my walk and brought back a pack of paper in my backpack.
that's what I was thinking!
and...my feet/ankles/legs didn't hurt as bad today either. Woo hoo!
I'm hoping to build up to 2-3 days per week, minimum.
I think you'll do well with that and watching the food
i think so. It will feel good to at least see a difference in my clothes.
that's the best. I went through my "too damn small" box a weekend ago and was able to put
three pairs of pants, a skirt and several shirts back in teh closet
