Interesting idea. Who is the sudience for the guide- students, teachers? Whats the point?

my tip is to get connected with an online PLN. I've learned more from my PLN here on plurk than in many workshops!

I have found in my trainings - teachers respond better to a tool or app if they see how it can be used in a content area - maybe provide

the guide is for teachers. It is going along with a PD day I am doing in Aug. Just something for them to refer back to later o.

yes, the day is being held in the computer lab. only short time for demos and then lots of time to play.

I like PD when we are told ahead of time what type of materials to bring & we create something we'll be able to use in a lesson

I know that sounds simplistic, but other times I learn something & think "Cool!" but then don't have time to play w/it once back teaching.
