it isn't a written down recipe, but it must be Hellmans, potatoes, celery, onions, mustard, salt, pepper, and usually peppers,

sounds great. My Hungarian grandma always included a little sugar and vinegar (for potato salad, tuna, chicken, deviled eggs, etc.)
