or if that won't work, play with the transparency na lang so it'll have texture, so parang effects na lang.

but sa premiere, madali na un, it's not complicated. just create a text layer tas drag lang ng drag tapos lagay ng effects sa clip

sa AE complicated, kasi gawa muna ng solid layer before writing anything so you can adjust the clip. tapos then effects.
