im kinda light headed.. so im gonna have a rest and glass of juice before i do the last 15 minutes
im thinking.. i m8igt be a bit dehydrated becuase im starting to get the kids cold.. or low blood sugar? not had this b4 what do you think?
Light headed usually means low blood sugar for my body. Have you eaten yet today?
thats why i grabbed the juice
I always eat a banana before a morning run. It's fairly easy on the stomach but still gives me something to hold me through my workout
