Looks like you can search based on location .. Click, Find/Invite Friends then scroll down and click 'Find More Friends In..' or something

But I'm not sure if you can search based on interest yet.. that's what I'd like to do!

ok duh.. clicking the GIANT search tab lets me search by interest
