going to get in some exercise before heading off to Shibuya for dinner with friends from Metabirds.

mostly just pushups, situps, stuff like that. A little biking when I can and weights when I have time. :-)

I don't want to lose weight so much as keep from gaining and get strength back. Too much computer time!
