try applying a pain-relief plaster on it. if it doesn't go away, better consult a TCM. shoulder aches can become a nagging long-term problem

1 yr sounds bad. my mum goes to a regular home-based tcm in hougang, $25-30 each time. uses his own chinese herbs to apply on the pain area
