there was a feature where you can just stop people from responding to it. Rather than deleting the plurk. Or is the feature already there?

You mean the 'mute' option? It doesn't stop people responding it just stops you getting told about those responses.

it is actually like if i see some irrelevant responses to my plurk, i would just disable it

I guess it's one way to stop someone spamming your plurk if you come across the issue. Doesn't sound effective. Can we block individuals?

Hover your mouse over a person's name. You will see a down arrow. Click that and a link at the bottom will allow you to block that person
