not from the berries themselves, or bruises in an epic battle to pick the berries?
picking berries with a baseball bat would me somewhat less than effective.
Although if the ultimate goal was to make jam...
It wouldn't be the best quality jam, as they would have been smashed into the dirt.
it depends on how deftly you smash them.
Or how fine an aim you have.
Or what you use to catch them.
Or what surface the plants are growing out of.
Or what kind of berries we're dealing with here.
I think there's alot more going on here that we're not taking into account.
Grace, what kind of berries were you picking?
Hmm, those are kind of fragile.
Maybe we can use this to our advantage.
Use a badminton racquet with a bucket attached to one side instead of a baseball bat.
That way when you club the berries, they will squish through the racquet and into the bucket!
I guess inertially it should work that way.
Woah, none of that physics talk here!
An object in motion or at rest tends to stay in motion or at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in
the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
Berries want to stay in place, racquet wants to move forward.
Hey it's summer man. None of that.
