16 quarts of Romas canned, a huge batch of tomato sauce with lots of added veggies and such...it took moist of the day and it was HOT!

I'm glad it's done though...

That's one thing I wish I would have learned from my grandmother.

Canning tomatoes is easy it's just time consuming...If I can find the time this weekrend I will be posting how to do it on my blog.

Glad I gave up canning. My kitchen is to small.
