No I had my notebook stolen, had a couple of $k of bought songs and audio books on it and the iPod.. glad I found this software it got the
whole thing.
Stop talking and go ahead and try it and don't come back here till you have your earphones in your ears, but connected to your PC.

Try and restart your windows and then have nothing connected, then start this software and plug in the iPod and then see if it needs
iTunes to be running or it'll run it itself.
Play around with that till it gets along.
i checked for an update and there is.. update it ?
Wait! Try the restart first, if it works, great... if not, then update.. you can always update later, but can't downgrade except with
a complete reinstallation of iTunes with an older version.

Might be an issue with the settings of YamiPod and picking the generation/type of iPod.
