Charisma just decided not to work when given to others. The basics work, but anything to do with the notecard is gone. And other weirdness

are there issues and I just wasn't informed? Express seems to work ok, but no notecards involved there. :-(

Did SL whack the UUID of the settings card or something? sounds like asset server backend issues. Check the UUID and open a ticket on it?
