suppose setting the password to id10t isn't polite. if I have to reset passwords, they become, 'rodiscool', take away ability to change

I have been known to do the same thing. I have taken away the ability to change from several staff members and made it a generic password

that I can easily recall. nickiscool has only been used a few times though.
