i bought a book "Basic Asian". They have a Jap section and im excited to cook as well! GUSTO KO JAP FOOD!

i don't even know how to clean seafood

Xiaui: tried looking for a class...so expensive for the basic classes!

u can ask the ale from the palengke or the mama in the grocery to clean it for u.

i'll ask manang for help na lang...hehe...though they said ok din ung classes cuz they teach the right technique

you dont need to prepare the ingredients.. all in ang mga cooking lessons

you just need to bring yourself and plastic containers should you wish to take home some of your finished products

problem ko before was i took lessons but after we got home i didn't know how to prepare the stuff...ready na kasi sa class

baking is so much easier...i'll just feed ian cake everyday siguro...

yeah ask manang. tabi ka lang sa kanya when she's preparing lunch. i grew up helping my mom in the kitchen kaya marunong ako magluto.

for a simple burger pattie, ginagamit nya ay ground sirloin instead of usual mix of ground pork and beef

hahaha!

or for baked breast chicken on pasta, I heard you can marinate the chicken in yougurt instead of milk para mas tender.
