Tacoma has a really nice museum down town. Also there's alot of stero types about Tacoma being dangerous. However there are parts of Seattle

I would find just as bad.

I love Point defiance park. There's a zoo/aquarium in there. It's like Tacoma's version of central park on a smaller scale.

Any out of town guest of ours gets a Pt. Defiance tour...and they love it that we have "forest" in town, lol

So true. I have a yearly pass to the zoo so we are at the park nearly once a week.

have to take my daughter to the zoo soon...she'd love the petting zoo (18 months old)
