Does it have good file interface with other computers?

usb connection, direct link etc?

It has 3 USB ports. No Fire Wire, no built in DVD drive. But it does has an SD Card slot.

I have an external DVD drive I plug in on the very rare occassions when I need one.

It can be synched with a computer, and it has blue tooth as well as built in WiFi

There are some other brands that may be sturdier, but may not have the sae battery life. Like Dell or HP mini.

Some are even smaller.
