i agree completely! I think that a lot of the stories we have read so far can be related to current events and relations.

I think thats what makes writing good.. when even over 100 years later, the story is just as interesting and even as relevent to todays time

When I’m able to relate my reading with current events, it is easier for me to develop my own opinions pertaining to the topic.

Yeah, I agree completely. Whenever I read a story or poem that has relevant ideals, it makes me appreciate it even more.
