if anyone else gets spammed by The Grant Institute and its supposed grant proposal workshops? I get several a week and just looked them up.

they're big-time spammers, apparently.

What I
*love*
is that they say they're only sending when there's something in "your area," but I get them for lots of US cities.

And none for Houston, though they apparently have them here and send those to others.

stay away from them. They're also scammers, and have a horrible rating at BBB.

What I love is that I get them at my b5media e-mail address, so they assumed a celebrity blogger would be interested in grant writing.

Okay, so I am interested, but still... not in them. And they spam a Gmail address I use for my work with
Wetpaint.com
.

Yup. I get those e-mails quite often as well. They go straight to the recycle bin.

mine, too. They still keep coming. Apparently that's all the place is good for. I finally Googled them. Spammers AND scammers.
