Yeah, all of the above, though not really "complain" to store owner, just alert them.

i dont know, sometimes i get agitated when customers send me notes in demanding tones complaining about cusomers.

But I imagine most want to hit the ban button if its serious, so always good to just notify. :-) Unless its a personal squabble.

yeah.. it's not the store owner's fault.. but if you have someone in your store begging every customer for money, you probably want to know.
