they are amazing dogs, very laid back, I miss my baby rott 
we used to have one when I was a child. they look scary (to most people), but are chillaxed

ours wasn't trained well, but once somebody broke into our house, and the dog let them in, but not out again! easy meat for the police 
that person was probably relieved to be "freed" by the police... at least they wouldn't bite him
