What can you do to make it less boring?

I think long enough, but most of that just becomes will power.

I once won $1 for holding it 3 minutes while sitting at a table.

Man I suck at push ups, I try and work at em, never gets any easier.

I'd be interested to know how you do. Building muscles makes pretty women want to get closer to you too
