my comment was that it pointed clearly to the fact that Flickr rightly doesn't see apps like that as "copyright stealing"

the only annoyance I have (and this is API centric)... is that their opt-out relies on you authenticating the app...

the opt-out really needs to be at the flickr/key level and not the app level, this is why.

I'm impressed that they do such a great job with their app that they gained 5x the authd users they had prior to the blog post....
