Not hard to figure out. The key to fun plurking is having alot of friends. Having friends allows you timeline to fill up with lots of

interesting conversations (plurks) that you can respond to. And they can respond to YOUR plurks as well (kinda what I'm doing here).

To do this, you have to ask some people to ADD you as friends, OR you can FAN people. In your upper right hand side of the plurk screen

"Interesting plurkers", click on that and you will get a list of people that are ACTIVE on plurk. Click on an icon and you go to their

profile page. There you can see all their plurks and you can comment/respond to their plurks. Responding to plurks gets you Karma points.

So you can go ahead and jump in a conversation. But the point is to get them to be FRIENDS or you become a fan. Why?

Well, if you friend or fan, then their plurk appears automatically on YOUR timeline. Then you can respond/comment on their plurks.

Likewise YOUR plurks appear on their timeline and they will comment/respond to you. All this gives you Karma points. So, go to the

Interesting Plurkers page and explore and friend people. We are all pretty open and nice here.
