It IS like Sephora--and they carry a lot of the same brands (no Philosophy, though, which makes me sad). Sephora is an 80 miles fdrive..

but Ulta is only 30 miles. yay!

nope. Although, there is a Lush in Atlanta now, and a Sephora, which would make the 3 hour drive worth it. lol
