don't you hate it when you're anxiously awaiting a message/email etc. and you keep refreshing the page, only to find it still isn't there?

Ugh, I'm refreshing about 500 times a minute.
But when you finally do see the little "new mail" or "new message" icon, it's like Christmas and you want to piss your pants in glee!
