My diet, while successful so far, is giving me weird cravings. I WANT sushi. No cravings for chocolate or pizza - just raw fish and rice.

Weird, huh? I was prepared to crave french fries or steak or ice cream, but this one is baffling.
if your new diet is lacking salt?
It's nothing fancy. Just mostly vegetables and lean meats. No refined sugars or fatty foods and lots more exercise. I'm down 5 pounds.
I'm not avoiding salt, but I'm probably getting a lot less than I was. I should still be getting more than enough, though.
