正確的煮法是水滾後倒入粉圓,然後大火再滾個五分鐘,然後加入糖,記得要加甜一點,然後再滾起後,關火,悶個三~四分鐘,這個動作是要熟透心且讓粉圓有甜味,然後把粉圓撈起倒入微冰的冷開水,一分鐘後馬上撈起,放入飲料中,這樣就會跟外面賣的一樣好吃又Q啦!
