handed in 150 term grades barely on time and im STILL NOT DONE GRADING

when they say it takes like ~5 years for a teacher to settle in to the job they aint fuckin around

SO rp has been completely on the backburner while i got semi-caught up with work

but i won't be so scarce in the coming weeks with the biggest looming deadline out of the way

norwegian is the shittiest subject to grade too

cause all students get AT LEAST TWO grades per term UNLESS THEY'RE SENIORS IN WHICH CASE THEY GET THREE

we measure competency in standard written, new form written, and spoken norwegian

which all end up on the report card as a separate grade

and boy am i quickly learning it doesnt pay off for my mental health to do big fun student-lead projects with focus on skill development

anyway spreadsheets are my new best friend
