I did, I ordered one from Amazon while I was on the (nice warm) bus

also the cafe about a mile from home was open, so we had a latte and a scone and got out of the cold

but they say there is nob such thing as bad weather, only inadequate clothing, and I wore the THERMAL BASE LAYER my daughter gave me for Christmas
