In no particular order: Oran High School Host Club- this has age remarkably well imo

Ruroni Kenshin- l o o k I am a basic critter and this scratches a lot of itches

Blue Eyed Samurai - HOT DAMN THIS ONE IS GOOD, warnings do apply on it for gore, sex, displays of racism, sexism, etc. But it does a good job of it all being there for a Reason, and also has some of the prettiest fight scenes

Mushi Shi- just vibes and little guys

Zoids Chaotic Century- Blue Liger

Bonus Anime: Weiss Kreuz- flower show assassins as voiced by a boy and in their weird vanity project. It's very Extra.
