Amazons Attack has been a better book than I thought it was going to be. I was honestly worried, since that title has negative connotations to a prior work, but I should have had trust in Josie Campbell, who has written a fantastic Mary Marvel the past few years.
As it turns out, she also writes a fucking fantastic Nubia.
I know (I think?) that Josie Campbell is taking over Shazam since Mark Waid and Dan Mora are leaving it to do the summer event at DC, so I'm sure I'll be seeing more of her incredible Mary Marvel.
But I really hope this isn't the last we see of her Nubia
