[RL] [Mute] Currently debating the pros and cons of disassembling my desk and returning it despite not being able to drive and having no one to take me.
The manufacturer has been giving me the run around, sent me the wrong part, and I'm now in a holding pattern of them asking repeatedly if they want to send a new part.
Not returning it likely means another week of fighting with customer service. And having worked and enjoyed doing customer service...I am REALLY FUCKING over this agent...if I'm even talking to a person.
So I guess that they decided that it was easier to send me a whole new desk rather than a replacement bar. So in much better news, my is working again!
Also, while installing the new bar, I found that I could now fix the old bar with the included wrench...something that I probably could have been told three weeks ago when they told me the bar was fixable and I asked how.
