one very big maine coon and her had a dislike on sight, and she hissed. (then had the cutest tiniest growl ever when he growled at her) and she spent most of the afternoon curled on blankets and chilling
she seems to be very happy to be back home. and is making an absolute mess of her litter boxes. litter flung literal feet.
I generally don't like covered boxes because it's an extra step for me, but I might invest just to save some litter
and a pic from yesterday as cat tax
the vet wants to try a new food, so fingers crossed it'll make her tummy feel better
Hollie likes to fling litter too
I'm glad the vet visit went well!
yeah, I'm personally kind of glad the vet wants to wean her off the prednisolone. Like, it can be a great med (I've been on it myself), but it can cause problems long-term, and she's so young.
What was she on it for again?
she has IBD, poor little thing (although she gained a little bit of weight! which is good, because she's very skinny)
Aw, poor Eevee. I'm glad she's showing some improvement
yeah, and we're hoping the new food will help more
I got a cabinet for Loki's box. It's an extra step to pull it out and was a pricey initial investment, but really cuts down on having litter everywhere. He does still track it around, so I probably need to invest in a mat, but the mess was crazy before with an open box.
I have mats under the boxes. she's just so enthusiastic
a sweet and darling baby! Look at her precious liddle faaaaace~
she was chirping at me (possibly about the manta ray toy?) while I took the picture
We have one covered box and then one big drop-in box:
huh. I don't know how Eevee would react to a drop in box
