My big decks lately have been Simic, Sultai, or Mono-Black. Go figure.

anything with GB or GU in it is usually my jam
My favorite decks so far have been Dimir, Golgari, Esper, and I have a Boros deck I like
somehow a lot of this seems very expected except maybe for mardu being 4th
like of course dimir, esper, grixis will all be very high (surprised sultai isn't joining it, are sultai commanders just not very inspiring or something? i think i remember the last time i had a concept in bug none of my commander options sounded good so i settled for damia)
because those color combos are already popular just for being THE control shells and some people just love to play control. azorius isn't going to be as big-time because white has a poor reputation in commander (has ALL the boardwipes but fuck all for tutoring)
i'd assume mardu would climb up pretty high because it feels like the kind of color combo someone would choose if they went into deck-building with "i want to do something different"
naya being similar but with green instead of black comboed with boros because they'd rather have flow than utility
the bottom 6 are not in the order i would expect BUT they also make sense because there arent' a lot of commanders for 4-color, nor colorless
(also i think wastes are still grossly expensive for basic lands so building a mana base is a little 
for mono-gray no matter what)

(also of course atraxa colors are the highest-up of the four-colors. lol)
It's ridiculous how much Atraxa boosts Witch-Maw
Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and Atraxa, Grand Unifier make up 84% of Witch-Maw decks
btw Mono-Red (#17) is right in that sweet spot range of what you'd expect to see if the total number of decks is evenly spread across all the color combinations
Anything above is "over represtented" and anything below is "under represented"
Not that there's anything wrong with that. Certain styles and mechanics are preferred and some colors are more conducive to commander format
the biggest jumps on the upper end seems to be between Sultai and Golgari
And on the low end the biggest jump down is between...
Mono-Blue and Witch-Maw
