yeah, I might do that tomorrow. Today I was testing if it was the air freshener I bought but taking it out of the apartment all day didn't help. and she's gotten a bit worse

Seconding calling the vet. It might also be good to take her in to rule out anything more serious e.g. bartonella (Hollie ended up on meds for months, although they weren't horribly expensive and it turned out she actually kind of liked cherry amoxycillin)
