Xfinity robot telling me that my internet will be back by 5 and then by 8 and now “as soon as possible” while basically siloing me out of the call as fast as it can is up there with Amazon’s “oh sowwy we wost your pawkidge

Like obviously I’m not gonna yell at someone but it was a lot less frustrating when I did get someone on the phone to be like “yeah it’s still fucked nothing we can do from this end.”
It was nice to have a human to talk to and even if people sucked you could have like. Paid them more. You’re giant multi billion dollar companies you can have someone human tell me it sucks and they’re sorry.
