I haven't finished the game on this run yet. I'm just now in the first major fight you get into after you free the prince but still

also I'm not a fan of this ending already. turns out the only way you can beat the netherbrain at all is to have at least one mind flayer with you, which means someone has to change

I already know if you bring Karlach with you and let her become a mind flayer, she lives

the run where I'm saving the prince, my Tav is romancing her and she doesn't give you the option to let her change

I wanted to see the endings where she does and doesn't change when you're romancing her

looks like I can't save the prince at the same time, so there's gonna be a third branch off that game

I'm more just floored that the emperor would go running back to the brain if we decide to save the prince
