TL;DR when i put food in my body energy doesn't come out of it and now we have discovered my blood sugar struggles to go up but i definitely do not have diabetes so
"It's so healthy to have your blood sugar though" yeah except that I consume basically 40oz of coca cola a day and so my blood sugar shouldn't be struggling to get over 100 is the thing about it i think. but we're pretty sure that is an Effect of what i'm going through and not a Cause because again: not diabetic
