I would put in a complaint with that staffing agency, and warn you'll find another if they do not review their candidates more seriously going forward tbh. also, no references for those "kids". do they even want jobs??

And they've sent us good workers before, most of the guys on the packing floor came from this place. Like most of them don't speak English but they still bust their asses every day getting shit done
