That sounds amazing, I would have never thought of it. And it's pretty easy to clean a hand mixer too

yeah! That's what made me go: "Oh, okay that makes sense" She still broke it down before dumping it in the bowl, didn't just like, throw a whole chicken breast in there, but it was a pretty good result

I really like that tip. My hands hurt something awful, so breaking down a chicken can be hard on me.
