like, obviously the choices you make in the opening really don't matter much, but the declaration of "You cheat on your wife" made me go "OI!"

... wait I don't think I remember seeing that happen in my opening sequence

looked it up again, it's if you decide on home care rather than taking her to a clinic

if you take her to a clinic you stop visiting as often over time, if you go with homecare you become an alcoholic and cheat on her

in any case I just sorta went "I'll ignore that"
