We normally only ship UPS or USPS, and because of this we don't have a FedEx pick up for our location. Some silly UPS driver delivered a customer's package to their neighbor's house, and rather than just GOING TO THEIR NEIGHBOR AND ASKING FOR THE PACKAGE,
