I don't get how people like this show. It's boring, pretentious bullshit. Just adding even more uninteresting layers to the "lore" that all the terrible sequels already ripped apart.

Plus I'm really tired of the studios hiring these western IPs out to give them the anime treatment. It adds nothing to them and often gives them a bad taste.
