I've been pretty wonky because I think I've done a good job of progressing my event threads except for describing Walter's actual physical injuries so just... bear with me... and it is September He Is Better Now
yeah like most minor injuries would be totally fine after two weeks, or at least he can ignore them
basically in my head he had somewhat Big bandage patches for a while and was also taking antibiotics about it but Now He Is Not. Hooray

having played from TMA, the vampires are basically just like. human-sized/shaped leeches
horrible little things but ultimately just like. they're kinda there and you have to live with that, lmao

This has not been a good week for Walter voice because he's very unhappy about the situation in the game but also has limited knowledge and limited willingness to honestly engage with those emotions which does not add up to breezy tags

I'm a little frustrated because it's not really good to have it literally just be like he's fuckin around until the port where he's going to Do The Thing. But you know maybe I can just think of it as a non coma hiatus of sorts
is he going to Do The Thing as soon as port? I thought it'd be October
Specifically with Walter's limited canon time I don't exactly have a good reference for things happening to him that he doesn't like happening

The event calendar is just sorta not working with the "September port focused on helping inmates, October flood use as an excuse to attack Arthur" version of the plan. Especially if it turns into November breach and December break month
But currently Walter doesn't know that. So. Hggggggggh
i would like to posit the concept that the port actually works out quite well in terms of walter's plans?
like there's no returning to the barge for the immediate future so he doesn't have to worry about them being trapped back on it, it gives him plenty of space and locations to meet with other inmates without being harassed by any wardens
and when it does turn out that they aren't going back at the end of september, walter might even realise that it works out in his favour, since theoretically he could trap arthur somewhere on the port without anyone catching him a lot easier
yeah I've actually been thinking a lot of stuff like this too
mostly just feel bad with the original plan of doing the port then the flood, is it too metagamey
i think it would be metagamey if you had walter planning it in anticipation that they won't be returning to the barge? but if he's just using the port generally as an excuse to plot without being observed that still works just fine!
like he knows the port is coming, that's just basic observation/current local gossip
Alright... It's technically already USA Thursday. I do have an appointment today. I've been doing... Stuff. Heart meme is going to be a high priority. After that, maybe tags will become semi normal again

I've done some tags before anime tonight. I still have some more important tags I haven't done yet. I'll see if I can do them after some rest. But yeah I'm trying to push myself into a state where at least I'm putting aside 15 minutes here 15 minutes there to tag
ummmmm, I'm really not in a good state right now. I'm stable but doing more than working continues to be hard. I'm still determined to trundle along without a coma but I anticipate the "setting alpha" info drop
My plotting post is gonna be more like "I'm still struggling and can't do much new stuff"
I'm also still hoping to send Walter to Malcolm's new post at least. This will give me peace of mind because it's a September thread in a community (my September threads are up to this point mostly inbox)

I think tbh my next goal after that is gonna be to try to get my head on straight about some stuff. because Walter does have good reasons to currently be withdrawn and depressed but I still don't want that to happen in an IC/OOC bleed way. it is a goal for him to find out what happened to SMID (our darling) but well if that's a complex writing task

I mean, Ulla was a virgin before Taylor, so it's not like she'd ever had sex before in any form. I feel like she does a lot of service topping when she has her tail because she doesn't really want to deal with the weirdness of being the only one of what she is, in a body she didn't grow up with. I gotta say it is very funny to me in terms of how much my walter interpretation SPECIFICALLY would be compatible with the scenario where "you never asked" (about him and Misty having some fateful childhood encounter like in The Ice Storm which only he remembers)
