Got blood work done yesterday
Started getting a random phone call at 10pm
Didn’t answer because unfamiliar number at 10pm
Message is from the lab who sounds really worried
They call again and start asking how I’m feeling and if I’m okay
My potassium level was apparently super low and they were worried I needed to go to the er

I also had to go back again and have my blood work done again to make sure it wasn’t a fluke
Apparently my potassium is still low, but not as low 
Anyway if they try to say I need to go to the er I won’t want to go because they never take me in right away and I get stuck there for at least 12hrs every time and I’m just too tired man

I once used a salt substitute with potassium as a cheap way to supplement that. Avocados very nutritious natural source.
