(they aren't technically legs, they're fins that just became extremely specialized and function LIKE legs, but still, they scurry around on them because they can taste through the "feet")

Yeah, pretty sure walking fins aren't legs, but I don't remember the anatomical definition well enough from evolutionary bio to say for certain.
