I do not usually go swimming because I'm very self conscious about my body, especially since I put on a lot of weight in 2020/21 and haven't managed to get rid of it yet

But at the beach I had on a rash vest, swim skirt and leggings and I went in. It was so much fun! First time I've been in the sea in many years

Also visited an art gallery and an old air raid shelter (turned into a mini museum) yesterday
